CANCELLATION POLICY

When you schedule an appointment at Eden, that time on your service provider's books is yours, and yours only. Without proper notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, our team will be unable to fill your reserved space on our schedule. When we are unable to fill a last-minute cancellation, that directly affects your stylist’s income.

We understand that life happens, we just ask that you kindly give us 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Please call/text the salon to cancel or reschedule 319-461-7202. You can also cancel by scrolling down on your confirmation email and where it says “click here if you need to cancel or reschedule” It will allow you to cancel if you’re cancelling more than 24 hours in advance!

Less than 24 hour cancellation policy: You will be required to pay 50% of the service that was cancelled. Your stylist will email/text you an invoice to pay for this.

NO SHOW Policy: If you fail to call/text/send an email to reschedule, and just don't show up for your reserved appointment, you will be required to keep your credit card on file for ALL future scheduled appointments. 

INVOICES

If your stylist sends you an invoice to pay for your service or a late cancellation fee - the invoice must be paid the same day as the appointment/missed appointment. If the invoice is not paid you will be required to keep a card on file to keep any future appointments.

KIDS

We sure do love seeing little faces around the salon and taking care of their hair care/skin care needs.  We just want to do our best to make sure they are staying safe in our salon environment (hot tools, sharp shears, chemicals, etc.) With safety of your little ones in mind, we ask that kids only visit our salon when they are receiving services. We kindly ask that you do your best to make arrangements for your children, while you are receiving services. 

We also ask that any children under the age of 16 are accompanied by a parent or guardian for their hair or skin care service.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

No outside alcohol is allowed at Eden.

Coming to appointments under in the influence is not allowed. Your appointment will be cancelled, and your card will be charged the full amount of the appointment with your service provider.

PAYMENTS

When getting services done at Eden, each stylist will be paid individually. Eden is an independent stylist, booth rental salon & spa. Please know that not all stylists accept check for payment of services.
